Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a remote, contractor BI & Analytics Expert to evaluate and improve AI-powered analytics workflows. You will review dashboards, KPIs, data visualizations, and reporting logic, and refine dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, Sigma, or Databricks.

You will test AI agents like ChatGPT Work, Codex, and Claude Cowork within analytics workflows, identify issues, and document actionable feedback to guide AI training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BI, analytics, reporting or data visualization.
• Hands-on validation and building dashboards and analytical workflows.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, SQL, data sources, and KPI reporting.
• Experience using generative AI or AI agents in professional workflows.
• Experience integrating BI platforms with workplace and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate dashboards, reports, KPIs and data visualizations.
• Build or refine dashboards using BI tools.
• Check data sources, calculations, metrics and reporting logic for accuracy.
• Evaluate KPI structures and analytical outputs for actionable insights.
• Test AI agents in analytics workflows.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback.
• Evaluate BI integrations with workplace tools (Drive, Slack, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Salesforce).
