Job summary

West 4th Strategy seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst for the National Guard Bureau on the Minuteman project. You will build Qlik Sense data models and dashboards to enable leaders to make data-driven decisions at the highest levels.

You will analyze data, implement BI standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. A strong BI background and security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of directly related experience.
• Willingness to work onsite in Arlington, VA 1–2 days per week.
• Professional dashboard‑development experience with BI software such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with commitment to high‑quality results.

Responsibilities

• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present insights to end-users and drive improved decision‑making for leaders.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Follow and enhance BI standards, stay current with Qlik Sense enhancements.
• Ensure optimal end‑user performance by establishing system performance assessment processes.
• Develop data models, ensuring data integrity and relevance.
• Communicate and coordinate with teams to achieve objectives.
• Transform raw data into meaningful information using analytics techniques and visualization software.
• Apply data mining, modeling, NLP, and ML to large datasets.
• Visualize, interpret, and report data findings.
