The position is fully remote, offering flexibility in the work environment. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience focused on BESS, renewables, or power systems.
• Knowledge of design and optimization of battery energy storage systems.
• Experience with power system analysis and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Review design and engineering of battery energy storage systems.
• Manage Engineers of Record and third-party partners.
• Develop technical specifications and documentation for BESS components.
