You will process benefit verifications and authorizations for new referrals, liaise with payers, and support Patient Access staff to ensure timely access to care. A high school diploma and 2+ years in benefits verification or authorizations are required, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in Benefits Verification OR Authorizations related experience.
• Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Processes benefit verification or authorization for all new referrals with speed and accuracy.
• Assist Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
