Globe Life AIL - Lisa Russell is seeking a Remote Benefits Consultant who can work from anywhere with a flexible schedule. This fully remote role offers independence, ongoing training, and the chance to build a long-term career in client advisory.

You’ll connect with clients, tailor solutions, and grow through mentorship in a performance-based environment. Compensation is commission-based with weekly pay and benefits after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace
• Obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance license before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
• No prior insurance experience required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided
