Agent Integration Inc. seeks representatives to meet virtually with individuals who signed up for supplemental benefits, explain options, and help select plans that best fit needs. You will build relationships, customize plans, and provide responsive service in a fast-paced, home-based role.

Compensation is 100% commission with weekly payouts, uncapped growth, and a comprehensive paid training program. A flexible work schedule and remote work from home are available, with average earnings in the

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefit packages we offer
• Schedule virtual meetings with these members
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
• Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members’ needs
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
• Group Medical, Dental, Vision, and Hearing insurance
