Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and obtain Social Security Suitability clearance.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written, with beneficiaries and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Speak with individuals to discuss benefits, employment goals, and the effects of employment income on benefits.
• Verify benefits and maintain release forms; assist with finding employment.
• Maintain and document case files in electronic systems; provide ongoing support as earned income increases.
• Guide beneficiaries on how to report wages to Social Security and manage paystubs.
