• Provide enrollment materials and determine eligibility for benefits.
• Answer incoming customer service calls and route inquiries appropriately.
• Return calls and follow up on client requests promptly.
• Explain coverage options with a client-first approach.
• Use Needs Analysis to identify coverage needs and tailor policy options.
• Collaborate with management to stay updated on products and policies.
