Empower LLC in the United States is seeking a Benefits Consultant to join our executive planning practice. You will build relationships with highly compensated executive participants, coordinate meetings with Executive Planners and Benefits Planners, and deliver a white-glove client experience.

This role emphasizes financial planning knowledge, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration. A bachelor’s degree and FINRA/NASAA registrations are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Strong client relationship and customer service skills with executives or high-net-worth clients.
• Knowledge of executive benefit plans, retirement plans, or executive compensation arrangements.
• FINRA Series 7 and NASAA Series 63 registrations required; fingerprinting.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with highly compensated executive participants.
• Coordinate participant meetings with Executive Planners and Benefits Planners.
• Educate participants on executive plan benefits and options.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to address complex participant needs.
• Maintain accurate participant records and document interactions in CRM systems.
• Support planners with financial planning activities and administrative tasks.
