Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for remote roles with upside. You will work with warm leads who already requested information on financial-protection options, and you will be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You will take requested conversations, explain benefit options simply, help clients enroll when it fits, and maintain a clean follow-up rhythm. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills, able to explain options clearly.
• Experience in sales or enrollment conversations, comfortable with revenue-focused roles.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting with coaching.
• Demonstrated coachability and competitive drive.
