Aogarciaagency is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote benefits team. You’ll engage clients via Zoom, present insurance products, and help schedule appointments while learning core sales skills from comprehensive training.

This part-time, work-from-home role offers up to $2,000 per month for about 20 hours weekly, weekly pay, and a supportive remote team focused on growth. Residual income opportunities and ongoing coaching are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients via virtual channels.
• Comfort with learning and presenting insurance products remotely.
• Capacity to schedule and coordinate client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Call and receive calls from clients to discuss benefits.
• Schedule appointments for clients who request benefits.
• Present and explain insurance products and benefits packages virtually.
• Complete applications for insurance products.
• Attend ongoing, optional training sessions.
• Interviews conducted via Zoom video conferencing.
