American Income Life in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking a Remote Benefits Agent who can build a meaningful career protecting families. You will conduct virtual presentations, identify coverage needs, and guide clients through life and health insurance options with a focus on veterans, union members, and their families.

You receive full training, licensing support, and the chance to earn commissions, bonuses, and residuals while setting flexible hours from home.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one). We provide assistance for both resident and non-resident licenses.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable with mobile apps and virtual meeting platforms.
• Skilled at creating meaningful and lasting client connections.

Responsibilities

• Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings with eligible clients, assessing coverage needs and presenting life/health insurance plans in line with governmental guidelines.
• Engage Clients: Reach out to seniors, veterans, union members, and referrals to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Qualify & Close Sales: Identify prospects, assess their needs, and close sales while providing real value.
• Use Technology: Leverage mobile apps and virtual platforms for efficient meetings and presentations.
• Relationship Building: Maintain lasting connections with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term success.
