You will build and maintain client relationships, conduct reviews, assist with claims, and provide responsive customer service and admin support. The role offers a 100% commission structure with weekly payouts.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
• Perform benefit reviews and assist with claims or adjustments.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
