What You’ll Do

  1. Serve & Close: Run 8–10 virtual benefit reviews weekly, educate families on life, accident, and income‑protection plans, and finalize policies via e‑signature.
  2. Own the Relationship: Follow up with policyholders, answer benefit questions, and gather 3–5 warm referrals per sale.
  3. Grow People: Once consistent, coach new reps, run morning huddles, and lead mini‑teams across time zones.
  4. Uphold the Mission: Ensure every interaction is client‑first, values‑driven, and compliant.

What It Takes

  • Zoom‑Ready Communication: Clear, energetic, and coachable.
  • Grit & Self‑Discipline: Thrive on hitting targets and growing professionally.
  • Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using CRM, power dialer, Slack, and e‑signature tools.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain (or already hold) a state Life & Health license within 30 days (training provided).
  • Leadership Hunger: Aspiration to lead a team; management experience is a plus but not required—attitude matters more.
