Overview

Job Posting: Remote Benefit Program Specialist (Remote, Contract)

Contract Length: 4 months (December 1, 2025 - March 31, 2026)

Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can be sourced nationally)

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Training Period: December 1 - February 1 (8 weeks, no PTO allowed during training)

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, short-term project requiring exceptional customer service and empathy skills. Agents will handle 60-100 inbound calls per day, with an average handle time of 6 minutes.

  • Enrollment status
  • Medication shipment status
  • General patient inquiries
  • Outreach for missing information
  • Safety/adverse event reporting
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and providers
  • Provide operational and reimbursement support
  • Own issues and remove barriers to therapy access
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure 100% call quality and compliance
  • Perform accurate data entry in program tracking systems
Qualifications

Required:

  • Previous inbound call center experience
  • Experience handling high call volumes
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to sit and talk for extended periods
  • Availability for full training period (no PTO during training)

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Experience with safety/adverse event reporting
Additional Information
  • Heavy call volume expected from February to March
  • Limited time off post-training due to project demands
  • Candidates must be self-starters, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
