Job summary

California Southern University (Remote) is seeking a Behavioral Sciences - Full-Time Faculty to support online learners across BA, MA, MS, and PsyD programs. The role emphasizes engaging instruction, timely feedback, and scholarly activity within a remote work setting.

The position requires a terminal degree in a behavioral science discipline and an active Licensed Clinical Psychologist license. Faculty mentors will participate in curriculum development, assessment, and accreditation activities

Qualifications

Terminal degree from an accredited institution in clinical psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related behavioral science.
Active license in good standing: Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

Facilitate courses and mentor learners across programs (BA, MA, MS, PsyD).
Serve on doctoral committees as chair or member.
Assist in creating/revising course content, syllabi, and related materials.
Respond to learner inquiries with timely feedback and manage grading in Canvas.
Engage in course development, assessment, and accreditation activities.
Collaborate with academic advisors and deans to support learner retention and progression.
