CVS Health is hiring a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician for a remote role with a Louisiana-preferred location. You will review services, coordinate decisions, provide crisis triage, and support transitions of care while ensuring evidence-based treatments.

The role requires a current Louisiana behavioral health license or compact RN with psychiatric experience, 3+ years of clinical practice, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays with CST hours.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Behavioral Health license in Louisiana or an RN with psychiatric specialty.
• 3+ years of behavioral health clinical practice.
• Experience with utilization management and care coordination.
• Ability to work Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST with some weekend/holiday flexibility.

Mansioni

• Review behavioral health services and treatment plans for medical necessity.
• Coordinate utilization management decisions with providers and care teams.
• Provide triage support and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate discharge planning and transitions of care.
• Identify at-risk members and coordinate referrals to programs.
• Support quality, cost-effective utilization and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on care management.
