4062 Aetna Resources, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician for a fully remote nationwide position. The role supports timely, appropriate behavioral health services, with a 40-hour workweek and a 12.5% shift differential.

You will review requests, coordinate decisions, and escalate crises when needed. Requirements include an active license, 3+ years of behavioral health experience, and the ability to manage telephonic and computer-based work.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license in state of residence.
• 3+ years post-licensure behavioral health experience.
• Experience with mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsabilidades

• Review preauthorization requests using guidelines and clinical judgment.
• Coordinate and communicate utilization management decisions with providers.
• Manage crisis calls and assess risk, escalating for suicide risk when needed.
• Apply clinical expertise to support quality and cost-effective care.
• Work in a fast-paced queue-based environment with multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with care teams to facilitate appropriate levels of care.
