Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a licensed behavioral health clinician to perform utilization management reviews and coordinate care for members across WA/OR/ID/UT. The role requires strong clinical judgment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and excellent communication to ensure appropriate payment and patient outcomes.

You will work with a national team in a remote-capable environment, focusing on medical necessity criteria, policy adherence, and timely documentation to support quality care

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health required.
• 3 years of utilization management or behavioral health care management experience.
• Clinical license unrestricted and current in state of residence (WA/OR/ID/UT).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive utilization management reviews (prospective, concurrent, retrospective).
• Apply clinical expertise to determine medical necessity and policy adherence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate transitions of care.
• Provide timely, accurate responses to inquiries, ensuring customer service.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement and document meticulously.
