CVS Health is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Utilization Management Clinician for a 100% remote, nationwide role. You will review preauthorization requests, coordinate decisions with providers, and manage crisis calls when needed.

The schedule includes weekend shifts with a 12.5% differential, full time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must hold a valid licensed behavioral health credential and 3+ years of post‑licensure experience.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted independent behavioral health license in your state.
• 3+ years post-licensure behavioral health experience.
• 3+ years experience with mental health and substance use disorders.
• Ability to manage telephonic and computer-based work.

Responsabilidades

• Review preauthorization requests for behavioral health services using guidelines and clinical judgment.
• Coordinate, document, and communicate decisions with providers and stakeholders.
• Manage crisis calls and assess risk, including suicide risk and welfare checks.
• Apply clinical expertise to support quality and cost-effective care.
• Work in a fast-paced queue-based environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with care teams to facilitate appropriate levels of care.
