Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and offering flexible, contract-based LMHC roles. Providers work as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, focusing on delivering quality telehealth behavioral health sessions.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments, insurance processing support, and referrals to fit clients with providers’ specialties.

• Must be licensed in Washington state.
