Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs, LMFTs, and LICSWs as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Telehealth is supported; in-person sessions may add a $20 premium for eligible offices.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC services via telehealth in Washington.
• Maintain notes and client records in the EHR.
• Coordinate with the Rula team for referrals, credentialing and billing
