Job summary

Rula Health is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians to join our nationwide network. As a Rula therapist, you’ll have true schedule autonomy and the backing of a team dedicated to raising the standard of care.

We handle credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on clinical work. Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported, with CA licensure required and ongoing outcomes tracking.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Licensed to practice in California.
• Able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth or in-person.
• Engage in measurement-informed care and track client outcomes.
• Benefit from admin support and flexible scheduling while maintaining professional standards.
