Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington. We offer 1099 contractor roles with full schedule autonomy, no minimum caseloads, and Rula handling billing, claims, and insurance enrollment.

The compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct-deposit payments and protections for no-shows and denials. Remote work is available with WA-based scheduling and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number is required.
• Must be licensed in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions.
• Maintain notes and session documentation.
• Coordinate with Rula billing and EHR support.
