Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and is hiring LMHC/LICSW/LMFT licensed professionals as 1099 contractors with telehealth duties. You decide how many clients to see and when, with complete schedule autonomy and billing handled by Rula.

Grounded in quality care, compensation is $80 per 53‑minute session, with to-biweekly direct deposit and no minimum caseloads. WA licensure and NPI are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and hold a valid NPI.
• Licensed to practice in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
• Telehealth capability and alignment with state requirements.
• Contractor status with 1099 arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions with clients.
• Complete session notes and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with Rula for referrals and scheduling as needed.
