Job summary

Rula is expanding its licensed provider network in Washington. We seek LMFT, LICSW or LMHC contractors who can deliver telehealth to individuals, couples and families, with 1099 status and complete schedule autonomy.

Providers receive $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), biweekly direct deposit, and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment, while you focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), LICSW or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to clients
• Maintain accurate notes in the EHR
• Manage scheduling around client needs, with calendar autonomy
