Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth LMHC sessions to clients.
• Maintain client notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with billing and claims departments for smooth processing.
