Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Current North Dakota licensure as LCSW, LPCC, or LPC.
• Ability to obtain credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers.
• Experience providing behavioral health services across diverse populations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical documentation skills.
• Must reside in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborate with medical providers, care coordinators, and support staff.
• Address social risk needs and utilize referral networks for emergencies or advanced care.
