What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a caseload of learners by creating, monitoring, and evaluating individualized treatment and behavior intervention goals/plans
- Establish and maintain rapport with parents/caregivers and conduct monthly training sessions
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for new learners and complete corresponding insurance documents
- Strategize and communicate with other clinical team members for effective center management
- Contribute to a supportive and thriving environment for both learners and staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree encompassing behavior analytic content
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical setting working with children with autism or related disorders
- Familiarity with various ABA methodologies and techniques
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
