Job summary

Nutrafol is seeking a Business Development Manager for Tennessee and Alabama in a remote-first setup. You will promote, sell, and train healthcare professionals on Nutrafol products, while expanding existing accounts and opening new ones.

The role requires travel and close collaboration with practices to grow market share. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of field sales experience in the healthcare or aesthetic space, with a track record of success and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 6 years of field sales experience.
• Experience selling to Health Care Practitioners in the Aesthetic Space preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Strong ethical character and integrity.
• Ability to learn clinical and product details.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Nutrafol products within territory.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives to increase sales and market share.
• Provide training and support with a customer-centric approach.
• Grow new and existing accounts and physician networks.
• Coordinate physician trainings and practice enhancements.
• Maintain professional communications with leadership and accounts.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity in Salesforce.
• Attend trade shows representing Nutrafol.
