Job summary

System One is seeking a Utilization Review Specialist (BCBA Licensee) in Baltimore, MD, for a remote role focusing on reviewing and ensuring appropriate delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. The candidate must hold an active BCBA certification and possess a Master’s degree in a related field.

This position involves evaluating ABA treatment requests, analyzing clinical documents, and determining medical necessity. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills and a passion for supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other behavioral diagnoses.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of clinical ABA experience.
• Direct patient care experience delivering ABA services in various settings.
• Experience developing ABA treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews to determine medical necessity and appropriateness of ABA services.
• Evaluate and analyze ABA treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal clinical leadership for decision-making.
