Overview

Tellos helps BCBAs manage their caseload to achieve the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance, and stable RBT staff through lower caseloads, telehealth, and autonomy. We provide BCBAs with the tools to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting. This is a telehealth position and you must live in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
• Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
• Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Help our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
• Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines

Earning Range: $90,000 – $125,000 per year
