Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families throughout Georgia. The role is currently fully remote, with potential to transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve, and includes supervision of technicians and collaboration with caregivers.

Ideal candidates hold Georgia BCBA licensure or eligibility, possess a master’s degree in a relevant field, and have experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure eligibility or current licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards
