Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role is currently fully remote, with potential hybrid work in the future and advance notice for clinicians.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while adhering to ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
