Roles And Responsibilities:
The Clinical BCBA effectively manages a caseload of clients who are assigned to them
while also managing the Behavior Technicians by providing consultation, continuous
support, and training to ensure clients are getting the best quality services.
Essential functions include maintaining a client caseload and to provide behavior analytic services to the assigned caseload to include supervision, treatment planning, and parent
training.
Effectively manage a caseload of clients that vary in ages, profiles, and payer
requirements
Ensure fidelity of BT implementation of treatment plan
Ensure fidelity of caregiver implementation of treatment plan
Assess level, trend, and variability of target behaviors.
Assess level, trend, and variability of skill acquisition goals.
Modify programs as needed.
Complete portions of or complete assessments as needed.
Print out or modify data collection sheets or software.
Ensure daily target behavior data collection.
Ensure daily skill acquisition data collection.
Implement pro-active and re-active strategies.
Implement caregiver training.
Maintain supervision documentation.
Write progress notes.
Track client progress
Conduct parent trainings
Treatment Plan re-submission
Support with obtaining caregiver feedback.
Supervisor/staff formal feedback
Participate/facilitate in company trainings/meetings.
Qualifications:
Applicants are required to have the BCBA credential.
Experience working with children with autism and training staff.
