Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families nationwide, with potential future hybrid work in Georgia. You will conduct assessments, develop plans, supervise technicians, and coordinate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Licensure as BCBA or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
