Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia with potential hybrid future options. The role includes conducting assessments, developing plans, supervising technicians, and collaborating with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

Fully remote position with ongoing CEUs, access to clinical directors, and licensure support for state expansion.

Qualifications

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
