Base compensation ranges from $84,500 to $120,000 with opportunities to earn more through bonuses, mentorship, and ownership paths as you advance into Sr. BCBA and leadership roles. Flexible scheduling and remote work benefits are available.

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
