You will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress in a supportive, play-focused environment.

We offer a generous compensation package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership opportunities.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
