Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to drive meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and the opportunity to expand licensure through the LBA Expansion Program, with dedicated support from a BCBA Success Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
