Job summary

BK Behavior recruits a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across the United States. Georgia licensure is provided where needed, and the role is fully remote with future potential for hybrid may be considered.

You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work closely with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligible for or pursuing Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
