This remote-first role features one day weekly at the Surprise center or in-home visits, with a competitive compensation package up to $123,000 total, plus a $5,000 sign-on and monthly bonuses, along with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred.
• Experience leading a team of behavior technicians and delivering ABA therapy.
