Job summary

FronteraCare seeks a mission-driven BCBA to join our telehealth team, leading high-quality ABA services for children and families in multiple states. You will mentor RBTs, supervise treatment plans, and leverage digital tools to expand access to care.

This role combines clinical excellence with leadership in a growing telehealth model. The ideal candidate has pediatric experience, telehealth supervision, and a passion for innovative, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology or related field.
• Two or more years of experience working with a pediatric population.
• One or more years of Telehealth supervision experience.
• Located in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NV, UT, OK, or CO.
• Ability to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT.

Responsibilities

• Conducting behavior or functional Analytic Assessment Process.
• Developing case supervision and clinical management.
• Developing and implementing an ABA Treatment Plan.
• Consulting with RBTs/BTs regarding client/family concerns.
• Selecting stimulus materials and treatment modalities for age and ability of person served.
• Involving client/family in setting treatment goals and training families on strategies.
• Providing clear instructions in therapy.
• Recording and tracking daily progress for client/family.
• Ensuring efficient use of session time to meet objectives.
• Planning for discharge of the person served.
