Job summary

FronteraCare is seeking a mission-driven BCBA to lead our telehealth team across NM and surrounding regions. You will oversee clinical management, supervise RBTs, and guide families with ABA treatment plans to improve outcomes for children with autism.

You will operate within regulatory standards while leveraging innovative tools to expand access to care and support clinicians in a technology-forward care model.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (至少 1 year)
• Master's degree in Psychology or related field with ABA focus
• Two+ years pediatric experience preferred
• Telehealth supervision experience advantageous
• Memberships in ABAl/ state/national associations recommended

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and supervision planning
• Develop and implement ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs/BTs and provide family training
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Frontera policies
• Engage families in setting goals and carryover strategies
