Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise therapy teams in our Texas centers. You will develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a play-focused setting.

We offer a total compensation package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually, with remote work options, leadership growth tracks, relocation support, 401(k) with match, paid CEUs, and family-friendly benefits as you progress to Sr. BCBA and beyond.

• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
