Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states.

You’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers, with a fully remote setup and flexible scheduling.

The role includes two-month paid training, ongoing CEUs, peer advisory groups, and extensive professional development opportunities in a supportive network.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
