BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful and measurable progress.

The role offers flexible scheduling, the option to work from home anywhere in the USA, and in-person opportunities in service states.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required or pursued.
• Experience providing ABA services to children and families across states.
• Ability to supervise and support behavior technicians.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
