Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical teams in our Texas centers. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a play-focused environment.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually, uncapped bonuses, sign-on up to $10,000, mentorship and potential long-term ownership paths, plus strong work-life balance and ongoing

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required for leadership role.
• Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA therapy is highly valued.
