Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking experienced BCBA supervisors to lead behavioral therapy programs in our Texas centers. You’ll develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, mentor staff, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress in a play-focused, evidence-based setting.

We offer a strong compensation package with a total package from $84,000 to $117,670 annually, performance bonuses, mentorship incentives, sign-on up to $10,000, relocation options, and a defined leadership

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and eligibility to supervise RBTs.
• Experience leading therapy teams in ABA settings.
• Ability to mentor staff and coordinate client care.

Responsibilities

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
