Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role may evolve to a hybrid model with advance notice as regulations change.

The candidate will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, monitor progress, and collaborate with caregivers while ensuring documentation and ethical standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Georgia licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
